Legal Disclosure

Consumer Rights Disclosure.

Required under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679. Please read this disclosure before purchasing any credit repair services.

Effective date: January 1, 2024  ·  Speedy Credit Solutions, LLC  ·  Orlando, Florida

Your most important right: You have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information on your credit report yourself, for free, directly with the credit bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion — or with the company that furnished the information. You are not required to pay anyone to do this on your behalf.

Right to dispute inaccurate information at no cost

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the legal right to dispute any item on your credit report that you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, at no cost to you.

You may submit disputes directly to each of the three major credit bureaus — Equifax (equifax.com), Experian (experian.com), and TransUnion (transunion.com) — online, by mail, or by phone. You may also dispute information directly with the creditor or data furnisher that reported it.

Hiring Speedy Credit Solutions is optional. We provide professional dispute management, creditor negotiation, and credit coaching — but these services are not required to exercise your rights under federal law.

Right to cancel within 3 business days

You may cancel any contract with Speedy Credit Solutions, LLC within 3 business days of signing without penalty or obligation of any kind. To cancel, you must notify us in writing at Admin@speedycreditsolutions.com within that window. Any amounts paid will be refunded in full.

No advance charges for unperformed services

Under CROA, credit repair organizations are prohibited from charging or collecting payment before services have been fully performed. Any setup or enrollment fee collected by Speedy Credit Solutions covers onboarding, initial consultation, and account preparation — services that are completed before dispute work begins.

Monthly service fees are charged in arrears and correspond to work completed during that billing period.

No guarantee of specific results

Speedy Credit Solutions does not guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report. Credit repair outcomes depend on whether the disputed information is inaccurate, unverifiable, or incomplete under applicable law, and on the response of the credit bureau or information furnisher.

We will never ask you to dispute information you know to be accurate, and we will not advise you to make false statements to any credit bureau, creditor, or government agency.

Prohibited practices — what we will never do

In accordance with CROA, Speedy Credit Solutions will not: make false or misleading representations about our services; advise you to alter your identification to conceal your credit history; charge you before services are fully rendered; or attempt to remove accurate information from your credit report solely because it is negative.

Governing law and consumer protections

Credit repair services provided by Speedy Credit Solutions, LLC are governed by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq., and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. You may have additional rights under state law.
